Background: With my extensive operational background (and startup experience), I help companies grow intelligently by monitoring and managing their financial and operational results while working with the senior people on their strategic issues.

I am focused on two main areas:

Operational Consulting Services (Interim COO/CFO): Providing operational and financial consulting/leadership for companies (enterprise values from $5 to $100 million) that require COO/CFO expertise for their operational controls and departmental coordination.

Currently I am working on:

$20M+ medical device manufacturing and engineering company

I am working with the President and the senior team in analyzing and handling operational issues to create increased capacity for rolling out of 5 new product lines within the next year.

Working with Early-stage Companies: Working with entreprenuers, and their companies, that need help in translating business concepts into functional businesses.

My strength is an exceptional ability to execute on a strategy by working/managing across all functional lines of a company, while staying focused on the biggest challenge, cash management.
